At The Mindful Card, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Calm Cards, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a return:
Please note: Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable resources (if offered) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To begin the return process:
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
If the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error, we’ll cover the return costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@themindfulcard.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
